Early morning thoughts

 3.30 AM thoughts


So,we are gifted with inbuilt memory (mind- place where we store events, heart- where we feel emotions to that memory)


When I notice about myself, daily I waste my memory mostly by thoughts and memories that concerns more about others.

So many memories are not what I remember the most and cherish as memory or take as moments to learn and built myself.


So here after, I am going to consciously notice and memorise my activity from morning to night 


And going to note and record how much of goodness and learnings I am going to earn in a day and reuse the learning in another day.


It will help me improve personally and mentally to be strong.

Same way I will not waste my memory with thoughts about others or unwanted ly.

Daily gonna derive tip of the day.

Life is short so don't waste it

Just think about improving yourself to stay as a person with humanity peace and love.

Love spreading human.


For that

Calm mind is the essential ingredient.


PS: watched big boss and got the above thoughts.

Because we never know how much of our behaviour impacting a person at some place in which way.

We must know well about ourself to improve our quality.

For that we need to invest our thoughts on how we think how we act


For that I need to record how I thought and how I acted.


How much good things I did in a day..


Starting to self learn about myself.
